How quickly can you get to site?
For planned work we book a time with you. For urgent work, call us and we’ll give you an arrival time on the phone.
Do you work in colocation facilities?
Yes. We follow each facility’s access, escort and safety rules and work in live aisles without disrupting other customers.
Do you work with MSPs and integrators?
Yes. We work to their standards and their clients’ schedules, from one-off visits to multi-site rollouts.
What does remote IT support cover?
Day-to-day IT support delivered remotely. We don’t do software development or programming.
Based in Mississauga. Serving the GTA, including Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan and Markham, and sites across Ontario.
